Colleen Blondell

Colleen was born and raised in Wisconsin (Go Packers!) and moved to North Carolina after graduating from University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire with a marketing degree and accounting minor. Having lived in both Cary and Raleigh for the last 32 years, Colleen has been fortunate to have experienced the growth, and is extremely confident and familiar with the Wake County real estate market.
Colleen's husband, Mark, relocated from New York many years ago, and together they have raised two successful boys, both having a love for their hometown alma mater, North Carolina State University, as well as Vanderbilt University for graduate degrees in Finance.
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Colleen had a career in pharmaceutical sales. With more than 20+ years in sales and executive-level sales training, Colleen is a master of negotiating and is a life-long learner of sales skills.
In addition to being committed to real estate, Colleen is very active in sports and community outreach, which she enjoys having as an important cornerstone of Blondell Properties. Her favorite love is tennis, and when she's not selling real estate, you may find her on the courts.

Mark has lived in the Raleigh/Cary area for over 30 years after moving from Rochester, NY, and started working as a software engineer at IBM after graduating from SUNY Potsdam. He bought his first home at 25 years old, and ever since, he has been adding real estate properties to their investment portfolio.
He recently retired from Credit Suisse and currently works full-time with his wife, Colleen, at Blondell Properties to serve clients' buying/selling needs.
Outside the office, Mark enjoys golf, tennis, running, spending time at their beach house in Emerald Isle, and traveling around the US and Europe.

Stephanie Alicia Carrillo graduated from North Carolina State University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language & Literature. With 14 years of administrative expertise, she earned her real estate license in 2014. Following a hiatus in Mexico in 2020, where she focused solely on real estate, Stephanie enrolled in the 2024 Triangle Realtors Leadership Academy and serves on the board of directors for the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, Raleigh-Durham Chapter.
Committed to client satisfaction, she brings positivity to every home purchase. Beyond real estate, Stephanie enjoys family time, travel, sports activities, and active church involvement in North Raleigh.

Amber Bryce grew up in a small town outside of Utica, NY. She fell in love with real estate while helping her dad invest in and flip houses in their hometown.
She received her Associate’s Degree from SUNY Broome in Binghamton, NY and transferred to East Carolina University to continue her education and grow her network in North Carolina. She graduated with a BS in Business Administration and obtained her real estate license shortly after!
